The 1st Executive Committee Meeting of the CityCatalyst Mobilisation Project was held on 22 October 2020, in order to discuss issues related to project management. Given the impossibility of holding this meeting in person, the event was held online, through the Microsoft Teams platform.
Initially, the Administrative-Financial Management was addressed in the context of the first Request for Payment and the 1st Scientific-Technical Report, and then the meeting continued with an approach to the schedule of follow-up meetings of the project and the PPSs. The session then proceeded with the preparation of the 1st Management Committee Meeting.
The means of promotion and dissemination of the project results were addressed, and the creation of the visual and graphic identity of the CityCatalyst project was discussed, in Portuguese and in English, in order to have visibility with international stakeholders.
Finally, the next project meetings were scheduled.
