On May 31, 2021, it was held the 3rd Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Mobilizer CityCatalyst Project, in order to analyse the administrative and financial management, but also the status of the project demonstrators. Given the impossibility of holding this meeting in person, the event was held online, through the Microsoft Teams platform.
Initially, the project’s outputs were addressed, and it was recalled that 21 new products were proposed through the implementation of the CityCatalyst project, information to be shared with the leaders of each PPS. Next, the Administrative-Financial Management was addressed, which is practically concluded and is currently analysing the requests for changes that have been sent.
Regarding the communication of the project, templates for presentations and posters aligned with the visual identity of the project will be made available. Regarding dissemination activities, we highlight the possibility of ensuring the representation of the CityCatalyst project at Hannover Messe 2022, in which Portugal will be a partner country.
Regarding the status of the Term of Acceptance, the Executive Committee was informed that it has already been submitted, pending validation by ANI.
Finally, INOVA+ presented the preliminary version of the website of the CityCatalyst project. The Executive Committee was very pleased with the version presented, stating that it is in accordance with the defined structure and visual identity. Some suggestions for improvement were made, which will be considered in the final version.
