5th Executive and Management Committee Meeting

On 10 May 2022, the 5th Executive Committee Meeting of the Mobilizer City Catalyst Project was held, in order to discuss issues related to the execution of the project. Given the impossibility of holding this meeting in person, the event was held online, through Microsoft Teams. Initially, the identification of project risks and mitigation actions was addressed, and then the meeting continued with an approach to the timing of the next reporting period. The session continued with the preparation of the 5th Management Committee Meeting in the afternoon. In PPS1 regarding dissemination activities, it was highlighted the possibility of ensuring the representation of the project at the Hannover Messe 2022, in which Portugal will be a partner country. INOVA+ once again highlighted the need to send the project’s communication actions to comply with what had been proposed in the application. Finally, the next project meetings were scheduled. In the afternoon, the 5th  Management Committee Meeting was held and started with the PPS’s presentations. In PPS1, the work developed is related to the updates and developments obtained from communication studies, sensing and computing infrastructures, having also concluded the definition of technical specifications for the support modules for the infrastructures. With regards to PPS2, the main developments are related to the general definition of system and interface requirements. In the scope of PPS3, the work developed is related to the analysis of standardised information models for city management, the definition of the BUS for the Data Lake, the analytical platform and analytical services, and the new developments of the AutoML as a Service platform. In PPS4 , it was indicated that the base infrastructure of the platform is completed now in the validation phase of the Challenges, Project Management, Monitoring, Communication and Capacity Building modules. In PPS5 the main advances are related to the creation of an open innovation management model in urban ecosystems and the identification of urban challenges. Finally in PPS6, the work carried out consists of the preparation of the 2nd MailChimp Newsletter that will be disseminated as soon as possible to the other co-promoters.
